iOS 15: Release date, new features and every rumor, detailed

Apple’s iOS 14.5 update is finally here, with new features including the ability to unlock your iPhone with Face ID while wearing a mask, stop apps from tracking you for advertising purposes and choose from four Siri voices (here’s how to download iOS 14.5 now). Here’s every rumor about iOS 15 we’ve heard so far and every educated guess we can make, including when it may be available to download, and what new features we may see.

Fortnite and Apple have been locked in legal battle since August

It follows a series of complaints, including a high-profile one from Epic Games, the developer of Fortnite.

Some developers are unhappy that they are forced to distribute apps to iPhones and iPads via the App Store, and the commission Apple takes.

Apple said its terms were “fair and equal”.
